This project involved the structural conversion of a former single-family house into two independent one-bedroom apartments. The intervention focused on creating compact yet highly functional living spaces of 25 m² and 28 m².

A consistent design language was applied to both units to maximise every square metre. This approach ensures visual continuity while enhancing the daily functionality of these boutique dwellings.

The project was supported by 3D visualisations to accurately communicate the proposed layouts, material finishes, and the overall spatial outcome of the conversion.
